Hi guys,
Kindly read our manual re spect and safety and "how to save on tank oring seals" and how to properly remove tanks from pcp guns, hope you find it interesting
There are reports that some client that after 2 or 3 time removing the tank from the gun, the nipple tank oring breaks, its a normal thing to happen if you dont purge ur gun before removing tanks so kindly read the procedure.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL and GENERAL SPECIFICATION: Filarms PCP Airgun
ACTION: Hammer type action
SIGHT: Filarms guns comes with out any open sight, the performance of the guns demands for a good optics (scope) we just equip our guns with an 11mm scope dovetail to accommodate 22lr rings and airgun scope rings.
Also please note that 1913 rails or picatiny or weaver style rails are not compatible with our 11mm dovetails.
SAFETY:
BARREL:
RECIEVER- UPPER AND LOWER ASSEMBLY:
It sport a 11mm scope dovetail
Materials are made from alum t6 to hi-pressure steel, depending on the model
STOCK DESIGN: Sporter type
SOUND REDUCER OR SILENCER:
Free: included inside each gun, a 6” OR 8” long alum powder coated trust-vectoring designed baffled type silencer, with a quick detach knob.
GUN RESERVOIR OR TANK (included in the gun):
All gun tanks is of U.S. made t6 aluminum (imported) with steel liner for the all threaded part
Depending on the model, there are 2 types of tanks filarms does offer, a regular tank with a 190cc capacity and a med tank with a 330cc capacity.
Random testing are normally done to make sure that safety will always be presence in all guns we make
POWER SOURCE:
The unit can be powered by 2 kind of gas (but don’t mix, empty first before changing to other gas)
Co2 and compressed air (scuba divers air or manual pump compressed air)
The gun can be powered with any of the 2 gas but note must be taken that compressed air is better of the two cause it delivers more power, accuracy, consistency,
How to refill tanks and tank purging (to save oring seals from the tank head)
We highly recommend that users follow the procedure below to safely charge the gun to its proper specifications:
A SHORTCUT TO PURGING TANKS TO SAVE ORINGS:
WITH THIS STEP THE ORING WILL LAST LONGER MAYBE 40 PLUS TIME OF REMOVING AND INSTALLING - ORING SIZE IS 007 FOR THIS PART
TWO KINDS OF POWER SOURCE:
THE GUN CAN HANDLE THE 2 MOST USED POWER SOURCE
• COMPRESSED AIR OR CO2:
1. COMPRESSED AIR (3,200psi don’t over charge):
2. CO2 (must be charge from a regular size co2 tank don’t directly charge the gun’s tank into the large industrial mother tank, don’t over fill the gun’s tank co2 need expansion room of 30%)
• SMALL CO2 PIGMY TANK

SAFETY:
BARREL:
Kind: BRASS LINED STEEL BARREL
Caliber: 22 cal or 177 depending on the model or client request
Length of barrel: 19” for rifle length gun or 16” for carbine length model
Grooves: 12 grooves in 1 in 17” twist
Twist: 1 turn in 17” or 18”
Accuracy: at 25 yards we guarantee a .5” group using the right recommended pellets
RECIEVER- UPPER AND LOWER ASSEMBLY:
It sport a 11mm scope dovetail

How to refill tanks and tank purging (to save oring seals from the tank head)
We highly recommend that users follow the procedure below to safely charge the gun to its proper specifications:
- 1. point the gun in an upward position
2. make sure that the gun is empty (no pellets in the chamber)
3. removed tank from the gun by un-threading it (counter clockwise)
4. after a 1 ½ turn, point the gun in a safe area (upward) then purge the gun by firing 4 times(with an empty chamber / no pellets) this is done to decompressed the oring inside the offset seal, this procedure will inc the life span of this part and we highly urge the users to do this in order for the seal to last longer
5. make the final unseating of the tank then install the tank to the power gas source
6. AFTER re-filling the tank to the specified quantity (3200psi for compressed and for co2 source, a 10 sec charge from a small co2 tank source, install the tank back to the gun (clockwise)
7. Note: when installing the gun tank, pivot the swing towards the left for additional safety, then thingy the gun so the firing pin will reset towards the valve face. Then install the tank (if don’t follow this procedure, the gas will leak towards the swing or towards the barrel, thingy the hammer while inserting the tank will cure this problem )
8. don’t over tighten the tank, just a light lock-up squeeze is needed (no rattling or tank movement is good enough)
9. ALWAYS remember to un-thingy the hammer after the installation is over
A SHORTCUT TO PURGING TANKS TO SAVE ORINGS:
1. THERE SHOULD BE NO PELLET IN THE CHAMBER, DOUBLE CHECK PLS.
2. SILENCER MUST STILL be INSTALLED - its quiter this way
3. thingy THE GUN AND POINT IN A SAFE DIRECTION
4. REMOVE THE PCP TANK SLOWLY BY UN THREADING IT
5. IF YOU HEAR A HISSING SOUND STOP UN-THREADING IT THEN IMMEDIATELY, FIRE THE GUN TO PURGE THE COMPRESSED INSIDE THE FIRING ASSEMBLY
• Manual pump
• scuba or c.f. tank compressed air (re-filled from the dive shops)
2. CO2 (must be charge from a regular size co2 tank don’t directly charge the gun’s tank into the large industrial mother tank, don’t over fill the gun’s tank co2 need expansion room of 30%)
• SMALL CO2 PIGMY TANK
NOTE: CO2 USERS MUST NOT CHARGE THE GUN TANK DIRECTLY TO THE MOTHER (HUGE INDUSTRIAL CO2 TANKS) CO2 TANKS, ITS MUST BE NOTED THAT OUR FILARMS TANKS (GUN TANKS) MUST BE CHARGE USING THE PIGMY SMALL CO2 TANKS ONLY, SO NO OVER CHARGING WILL OCCURE, remember that 30% expansion room inside the tank is needed, this is for safety purpose, so please don’t over charge your gun’s reservoir.
HOW TO FILL UR GUN WITH CO2:
- • Follow instruction above on how to remove the tanks from the gun
• Now that the tank is removed, install the co2 adapter to the pigmy co2 tank, there is an oring or seal inside but if there are still leaks kindly put some Teflon tape into the thread then lightly tighten the adapter.
• Install the filarms tank to the co2 adaptor, the check valve will not open until the pressure are un-even
• Now slowly open the co2 pigmy tank and you’ll hear of feel the flow of co2 gas and liquid going thru the filarms tank
• Then invert the co2 pigmy tank (top) filarms tanks underneath, this will ensure that the liquefied co2 will flow to the gun tank’s.
• Then slowly close the pigmy valve, then removed gently the filarms or gun tank from the adaptor, then place it back to the guns, note: when installing the gun tank, pivot the swing towards the left for additional safety, then thingy the gun so the firing pin will reset towards the valve face.(if don’t follow this procedure, the gas will leak towards the swing or towards the barrel, thingy the hammer while inserting the tank will cure this problem )
TRIGGER AND HAMMER POWER ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES:
1. Check if the gun is empty (pellets inside the chamber or magazine)NOTE: power is set at the factory for a balance, power and number of shots, adjusting might cause an erratic performance from the product, trigger setting is also adjusted to 1 lbs, lightening of the trigger and its outcome will be of users fault. Altering of factory setting is of users preference and upon doing so it voids warranty.
2. Unscrew the huge knob underneath the stock, this will separate the metal parts from the wood or stock
3. the 4mm allen screw in front of the trigger assembly is the hammer power adjustment, clockwise to powerize then counter clockwise to de-powerize
4. the 3mm allen underneath the trigger assembly is the trigger adjustment, clock wise (upward) to increase sears engagement (hard trigger) and counter clock wise (downward) to lighten the trigger pull weight
