Hi guys. I'm new to the forum. I would like to ask if anyone knows where I can get information on how to legally import personal airgun. I'm planning on sending my dad a pneumatic or springer air pistol as a gift. Thanks very much. I appreciate any info you can provide.

It is one thing to have it but you also have to make sure the law don't change in all states.

From where to where are you planning to send the gun to?
You didn't mention any specific places in your question.
If you are refering to the Philippines be ready for the hungry crocodiles in Customs if they happen to find out what you are importing.
There are legitimate laws and there are also other additional laws that they just invent to separate more money from you.

Hi,I'm Anelyn Bergerud, female, married with 2 kids, and I'm looking for someone to import an airgun from the U.S. to the Phillippines.I already have permission from the FEO to import it,I just need someone who has a valid airgun import license to import it.I already have a company(Knesek Guns,Inc.) that will do the export for me.I will have to fill out Dept. of State forms DSP-83,and Dept. of Commerce form BIS-711,in order to export it,but there is no problem there.Does anyone know of anybody with a valid airgun license to import that will do the import for me? I'd sure appreciate it if you'd let me know,O.K.? My husband inherited it from his late mother after she passed away.he gave it to me,as only Filipino citizens are allowed to own guns over here.If anybody knows someone, and can get this airgun imported for me,I will give them a Crossman 1377,with shoulder stock and lock(Crossman kind).Sound like a deal? Let me know,O.K.? Salamat,Anelyn.
