I wanted to DIY my own gunstock and since I wanted a personalized fit. I needed a way of prototyping the stock without wasting wood. The material of choice, PAPER - and paper mache techniques. Using the existing asrmscor stock, I made a "blank" for the stock. With some torn newspapers and glue. After an hour and some drying time. I have a paper blank to work on. The Armscror stock: Gradually adding paper, carton, tissue, newspaper, etc. I slowly shaped it to the form I wanted. (Or something to that effect). Actually did some sketches on what I have in mind and as I went along made changes. Here's some progress The stock taking shape (more or less) Still needs a lot of reshaping, and adjusting to get my desired LOP and fit. I wanted this stock to be good for BR and offhand shooting. Maybe I'll make the cheeck piece adjustable to compensate for different scope mount height, should I decide to change scopes or mounting in the future.

Bro.
It is one of my hobbies wood working. I like to feel the wood after finishing it with varnish and wood stain.
