They say swertihan na makakuha ka nang magandang klase na QB, dahil sa QC ng China di consistent. The gun looks very nice.

Re: List of Locally made AGs « Reply #4 Yesterday at 8:35pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mang Pepe's creation. The Airgun pictured below is a product proudly made in Davao. It is considered as collectors item by veteran air gunners here in Davao. Only a handful has been made by Mang Pepe over the years. Basic Specs: Caliber: .22 Barrel: Brass Power plant: CO2 Air reservoir: Brass These airguns are so custom made as per customer's specs that the barrel length varies from person to person. One thing notable about the gun is the under level thingying mechanism. And since mostly made of brass, you don't have to worry about rust. There are units from long time owners who bring back their guns to Mang Pepe after 5 years of being stored and to our surprise it still has CO2 and shoots like brand new. This gun was designed during the time that hunting was popular, so it is compact and well balanced. There is also a bolt action variant of this gun. Hopefully we will be able to add more pictures of the AG's made by Mang Pepe. The following pictures below is the one Mang Pepe keeps, don't be fooled this gun is over 20 years old. I know this for a fact because, I have always wanted this when I first saw it. This version has the old-school pump and the CO2 tank, best of both worlds so to speak. i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008277-001.jpg"] Here a full side view. The barrel is 23" long. i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008274-001.jpg"] The bolt fully cycled by lowering the lever (Old School!), this is also the time you load a pellet. i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008275-001.jpg"] Closed and ready for firing. Check out the nice checkering also done by Mang Pepe i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008278-001.jpg"] Closer look at the Barrel, Air Reservior and pump all brass (less maintenance). This is even un-polished at the moment and has not seen regular use but still shines for the camera. i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008276-001.jpg"] Other side view. Very sleek design. i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii50/jrbm1065/07082008273-001.jpg"] ©2008, HobbiesForum, All Rights Reserved.« Last Edit: Today at 7:05am by snyper »

nabili ko ito 1979 sa factory mismo ng valiente dahil pwede kang makapili ng barrel. 8-groove brass barrel.noong ginagato ang airgun at pinapaputok ng 5 shot at kung pumatong siya or one-hole sa nga eh ayun ayos. no modification until now. still shoot as it was before(5-shot group @10 meters less than half inch). serial number start with number "079-b-xxxx"

sorry di ko nasagot straight at tanong mo. much older model ang nasa pic dahil sa ang kocking lever nito ay iyun traditional slide and lock sa slot while iyun kay snyper at hinihili niya ang lever na parang may spring sa loob to slide and kock. i hope na describe ko ang action noong kay snyper dahil meron din akong ganoon model at same stock na walang prominent cheek-piece.

haha bro statlic, we have the same gun except for the stock. mine has the classic monte carlo, while yours have the prominent cheekpiece. And yes the old versions of the Valiente rifles have the classic bolt action. While the newer ones you will need to pull outwards to "unlock " the bolt before pulling it back. Mine is similar to yours.
And congrats on your new Filarms AG.
Happy shooting!

thanks bro snyper, forgot to tell the forum that at the time when you buy a valiente, you immediately change the spring behind the striker with a stiffer spring from a .45 cal pistol. this make the airgun more powerful but shot per charge decreases from i think 10-12 shot to 6-8 powerful shot. mind has this spring. hope this helps.

Went to have my CO2 pygmy tank filled at a local shop here in Davao, luckily I had a digicam at hand, so while waiting took some pictures of the stuff lying around in the shop. Some assorted airguns bought in for repair. See if you recognize some. . . Here's the pile. Now let's line em'up like suspects in a police lineup, hehehe. Another angle, a closer view. . .
